According to legend, the lynx is born from the glow of stars, and its tufted ears are connected to the movements of the cosmos. A creature of the dusk, it moves silently along the threshold of light and shadow. The piece carries the silence of the night and a timeless peace that invites one to pause.

The frame of the work is crafted from Finnish birch, with its surface finished in thin acrylic glazes. I have named the color Golden Resin. It is a warm and radiant shade that evokes the serenity of ancient forests and the light dwelling within the trees.

The glass used in the work is opalescent Bullseye art glass. The pieces are hand-cut and kiln-fused into a single, seamless whole. The glass always reacts to the firing process individually, making each piece unique. Glass is placed at different levels to highlight the animal’s most vital features. When the light is turned on, it creates an optical depth that shifts according to the viewer's perspective.
